Auto-Enroll has been a great program for our organization. It has saved us from the ACA penalty and kept us compliant with the regulations set forth by the ACA. Here’s a preview of the pre-hire onboarding process, where employees may be added to the system to make elections prior to a job assignment.

Step 1

An HR administrator will provide an onboarding code Continue Reading Step 1

Pre-hire employee receives their code via email or mobile phone Continue Reading Step 2

The pre-hire employee is now in the enrollment system! Continue Reading Step 4
