Pre-Hire Onboarding Overview

Here’s a preview of the pre-hire onboarding process, where employees may be added to the system to make elections prior to a job assignment.

Step 1

An HR administrator will provide an onboarding code Continue Reading Step 1

Step 2

Pre-hire employee receives their code via email or mobile phone Continue Reading Step 2

Step 3

Employee enters “About Me” information Continue Reading Step 3

Step 4

The pre-hire employee is now in the enrollment system! Continue Reading Step 4

Step 5

Pre-hires will add information about their dependents and beneficiaries Continue Reading Step 5

Step 6

At this point, the pre-hire will begin making their benefit elections Continue Reading Step 6

They will confirm all elections, then click “Logout & Close” Continue Reading Step 7
